As the Founder and Chairman of Deffinity Investments, Mr. Nico Matlala brings more than 18 years of corporate, technology, investment and infrastructure experience. His background as a deal maker and strategic business architect strongly influences Deffinity's growth model, investment philosophy and the company's approach to building high-value portfolios across Africa.

Mrs Shireen Naidoo

Managing Director

Shireen Naidoo leads the day-to-day running of Deffinity Investments. She sets the company's operating priorities, oversees its teams, and makes sure every project the company takes on is properly governed from approval through to handover.

She works closely with the Chairman and the executive team to turn strategy into delivery, keeping clients, funders and partners informed at every stage. Her focus is disciplined execution, sound financial management and long-term relationships built on trust.
